It's a tool that I built to solve very specific problem I have.

I have a few friends who I exchange longer "pen-pal" style messages with. We each take a few days or weeks to respond at a time. And usually we quote the paragraph or sentence we are responding to, to help provide context to different sections of the messsages.

This tool allows you to reformat a message into quote blocks where you can add your own comments below each quote! Take the message that your PenPal sent, and put it in the box on the left. Then hit "Format" and the tool will strip out any existing quotes (we don't need to nest each quote like email does), and takes your penpals paragraphs and quotes each one. Take the output into your favorite editor, and add your own comments before sending it off!
